PERFECT CHOICE Recruitment process is outlined in 5 simple steps:

Step #1

Call or email us to arrange a convenient time to meet and discuss the requirements and profile of your required candidate/s.

Step #2

Once we have a clear understanding of the candidate profile you require, we set about doing a thorough search on our database for your PERFECT match. Should we not obtain a suitable match on file, an advertisement will immediately be placed for the position.

Step #3

Once a selection of Candidates is identified, we personally interview them before introducing them to you by means of a CV compiled by ourselves, along with a copy of our T’s & C’s.

Step #4

Should you feel a Candidate is suitable, we will set up an interview for the two of you to meet. Once you confirm that the Candidate suits your requirements, our T’s & C’s will need to be signed and returned to us. Should you feel the Candidate does not suit your requirements, we then return to Step #2 and continue our search for your PERFECT Candidate.

Step #5

We follow up with you personally after each interview to ensure that all is in order and to see if the Candidate is suitable for the position. Once we receive the ‘green light’ from you, and all contracts have been signed between yourself and the Candidate, we will then submit an invoice.
