Following sixteen years’ experience in the Motor Industry which began in Sales and rapidly progressed to Management, Michele developed a passion for all aspects of this unique industry.  At the end of 2015 this experience, together with a background in Training and a passion for people, set the platform for the birthing of PERFECT CHOICE Recruitment – a boutique recruitment company specific to the Motor Industry.

Michele’s vision was to have a successful, double-edged business with both Candidate and Client’s best interests at heart.  Michele wanted each Candidate to leave the interview process with a sense of gain and upliftment, and with this her “Invisible Tool Box” emerged.  Coaching, mentoring, and basic training where necessary, would become part of the process for each Candidate.

In terms of the Client, Michele’s management experience, extensive training within the industry and continuous self-development have been invaluable in understanding their specific needs.  This results in identifying a successful Candidate and Client fit.

On a personal note, Michele is a proud mother of two grown up sons and is passionate about the development and upskilling of people.  In her quiet time, you will find her reading or listening to music.

Following the growth of the business,Carol joined Michele in 2019 to provide administrative support. Carol has many years of administrative experience, some of that in the motor industry, some in auditing and professional services as well as in the food service industry.

Carol is very detail orientated and as a result enjoys managing our database, systems and processes, coordinating and collating our Candidate and Client information and she is very much involved in the day-to-day running of the business.  Carol’s gentle manner has settled the nerves of many a Candidate and her professionalism has resulted in a good relationship with the Dealers we engage with.

Carol has raised four children and many pets and is very community and justice orientated.  Her hobbies include listening to music and watching sport, particularly cricket.

Julia is the third addition to the PERFECT CHOICE family, joining on a part time basis in April of 2022 and becoming a full time Recruitment Agent later that year.With a background in logistics, customer service, HR and staff development Julia is able to manage the expectations of both Candidate and Client.

Experience in the commercial division of a national corporate where she assisted in the procurement of fleet vehicles, both passenger and commercial, together with experience in the financing of passenger and commercial vehicles during her time employed by a private Registered Credit Provider, makes Julia a perfect fit for this business.

At weekends you’ll find Julia enjoying the outdoors. As a lover of animals Julia assists an NPO Rescue Association with the rehoming of surrendered pets, has an addiction to Basset Hounds and is a ultra distance runner training for her 10th Comrades Marathon

Linda is a recent High School graduate and this is her first year in the working space.

She joined the business this year as a Trainee Administrator and has become a valuable part of the Team.

Linda is active in her Church community in the Dassenhoek area, is a strong advocate for justice and lives a quiet life with her parents, siblings and the loves of her life, her four pets.
